The Software Engineering Leadership Programme (SELP) is an expedited pathway that will transform you into a value-driven software engineering leader by developing advanced engineering skillsets, collaborative and continuous learning practices, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Over a 12-week period, you will work with a cross-functional remote team, consisting of varied individuals, each possessing unique skillsets and understanding of software engineering concepts. As a team member, you will encounter real-life challenges that will require efficient decision-making, priority-setting, and agile execution of strategic actions.
Your experience with this programme will teach you how to be both an independent star and a great team leader/member.

It was quite a challenging but interesting journey for me. The daily tasks, and challenges to build software products with an Agile philosophy which I believe is a great step in achieveing success in projects was enlightening. I enjoyed being taught with the latest technology in line with industry standard and the tips and practical examples shared by the experts across different fields.

Can I Make Instalment Payments?
We are flexible with our payment plans, you can freely make use of our Instalment Payment Plan - Pay a half of the programme fee at the start of the course and the rest by week 6 of the programme.
